All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. This page will help you generate an RA number using the packing list you received with your order.

Please enter the number that is on your packing list under 'Customer PO'.

If you don't have your packing list, the order confirmation we emailed you has a number that looks like yhst-65308250359637-XXXXX. Please use the five digits after the last dash.
