All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. This page will help you generate an RA number using the packing list you received with your order.

Please enter the number that is on your packing list under 'Customer PO'.

If you don't have your packing list, the order confirmation we emailed you has a number that looks like yhst-65308250359637-XXXXXX. Please use the six digits after the last dash.

Please note that all returns must be received at our returns center within 30 days of confirmed delivery date. MyNursingUniforms.com does not process exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the item to us and place an order for the size or color you need.
